You can find your order number on your Special Order Contract in the box in the upper right hand corner that says “Invoice Number”
If your order shows IN TRANSIT, this means that it has left the manufacturer and is on a truck to be delivered to us. We cannot estimate shipping times. These come on tractor trailer trucks and unlike UPS or FedEx they do not give guaranteed delivery dates.
